These terms are the agreement between you and Cureate when you sign up for our daily email. By signing up, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What Cureate is

Cureate emails you three things a day to watch, read, or listen to, chosen from what you tell us about yourself and from your replies.

Your subscription

New subscriptions cost $4.99 USD a month, charged when you complete checkout and automatically each month afterward until you cancel. There is no free trial for new signups. Stripe securely handles your payment details. Your first picks are prepared and reviewed before sending; checkout does not send them immediately.

Cancel anytime using your subscription link or Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through your current paid period. Existing readers keep their existing arrangements unless they explicitly agree to a change.

If you signed up under our earlier 3-day free-trial offer, those terms still apply: your trial runs for 72 hours from the first email with three picks, then $4.99 USD is charged monthly unless you cancel. Cancel before that trial ends to avoid the first charge.

Who can sign up

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian before you sign up.

Your part

• Sign up only with an email address that is yours.
• Don’t send us anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t try to break, overload, or misuse the service.

The picks

Our picks link to things made and published by other people on other sites. We don’t own or control them, and they may change or disappear. We choose with care, but we can get it wrong, so use your own judgement about what is right for you.

No guarantees

We provide Cureate as it is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free, or suited to you. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it or from the sites we link to.

Stopping

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, by replying “unsubscribe”, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing also requests cancellation of any Cureate subscription renewals. Your subscription page shows when Stripe has confirmed cancellation. We may change, pause, or end Cureate, or stop emailing someone who misuses it.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If the change matters, we will email you first.
